The Local Data Resource (LDR) is a suite of tightly coupled resources that underpin and enable all digital transformation. The LDR is a strategic initiative to help transform health and care in Cardiff and Vale and across the Digital Care Region through a more connected and collaborative use of data. Lot 1: The Local Data Resource is a suite of tightly coupled resources that underpin and enable all digital transformation. It includes the healthcare integration engine (Mirth), enterprise messaging, API management, identity access management, common demographics service, care data repository (CDR), data flows, data cataloguing and auditing.The LDR is a strategic initiative to help transform health and care in Cardiff and Vale and across the Digital Care Region through a more connected and collaborative use of data. The LDR will enable users to have access to the right data and tools, at the right time, to make well-informed decisions.
