Leicestershire and Rutland County Councils (the Councils) would like to engage with the market and consider options for the future design and procurement for the provision for an Integrated Sexual Health Service (ISHS), which is a Statutory requirement that Local authorities must have responsibility of.. As part of this process, the commissioners of this service are keen to capture provider experience, skills, knowledge and concerns at an early point to ensure these can be fully considered throughout the service and procurement design phases.
