Tender description

The Bournemouth Development Company (BDC) is a 50:50 asset backed vehicle partnership between the Council and Muse Places (a Morgan Sindall Group Company). The Council has provided funding in the form of loans to its joint venture to enable the purchase of property for redevelopment and for the demo-lition of the buildings thereon. The Council is considering converting these to an equity investment and is seeking specialist legal and financial advice in relation to the proposed debt to equity conversion.
