Tender description

Combined maintenance and cleaning service for five of its streetside public conveniences. Lot 1: Combined maintenance and cleaning service for five of its streetside public conveniences. The provider will be responsible for opening and closing, cleaning and maintaining the toilets. The five public conveniences currently contracted are open from 7:00-19:00 Monday to Sunday. The toilets at Ridley Road Market are cleaned four times per day, the other sites three times per day and all sites are serviced once a day. The provider will be expected to publicise the location of all public toilets across the borough, continue to modernise the facilities and ensure they are inclusive and well signposted. The toilets will be free to use but during the contract term we may ask the provider to add a contactless/phone payment system if needed.
