Tender description
Description of Works The proposed works principally involves the repair of and defective render and application of decorative / protective coatings to all external elevations of the structure. It is important that Tenderers or their representative(s) attend the site visit, any Tenderers submitting a tender that have not attended the site visit, will not be considered. Site visits will be conducted on Monday 8 April 2024. Please request a site visit via Delta eSourcing attendance and names, mobile numbers of representatives attending site. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
