Gas Servicing & Repairs for Housing Stock

Tender description

Colchester Borough Homes (CBH) on behalf of Colchester City Council (CCC) are looking to commission an experienced contractor to provide Maintenance and Repair Services as required to Colchester City Councils Housing Stock. The requirements of the contract will include: (1) Domestic Gas Servicing. (2) Domestic Oil Servicing, (3) Responsive Repairs, (4) 24 hour call-out facility, (5) Boiler Replacements, (6) Heating Installations and Upgrades, (7) Air Source Heat Pumps Servicing, (8) Maintenance of Smoke and CO Detectors (9) Void and Mutual Exchange Testing and any other services are detailed in the Specification. The contract period will be 4 years (with option to extend by two separate extensions of one year each by agreement on satisfactory performance).
