Tender description
The Council currently outsources cafés, catering and event/ function services under a number of separate contracts across a number of venues including, but not limited to the City Hall, Bristol Museum and Art Gallery (BMAG), MShed, the Central Library, the Create Centre, and the Mansion House. To simplify and streamline our contract estate and drive improved returns from this valuable and diverse range of premises we are looking to engage a single supplier with specialist food industry expertise to assume delivery responsibility for the full suite of services under a consolidated concessionary agreement.
