To provide an online platform for information and advice which will provide a one stop shop for birth to death information that enables people to find relevant information easily and with limited clicks. a. It will provide one place for residents and stakeholders to go for birth to death information and advice on education, health and social care - high volume traffic to one source. b. One URL/site to drive traffic to, that has functionality on arrival to help residents get to the information they need easily with the fewest clicks possible. c. Utilise developments in digital space by exploring AI options and other search functionality. d. Maximise opportunity to 'push' relevant information based on search content potentially informed by chat bot knowledge base - potential for commercial benefits e.g. Care Technology and Private Pay offer. e. Continuity of information content and quality for residents and stakeholders. To also include provision of: • Hampshire PA Finder website • Self-assessment online tools • Trigger Tool e-learning package The Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 13 framework was used to source a suitable provider to deliver the service.
