Calico Group Materials Supply

Tender description

This procurement was undertaken as a mini-competition under the Cirrus Consortium Materials Framework (CCMF), as detailed in Regulation 33 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 #102. Bids were requested for the following Calico Group lots: Lot 1: General Build (under Lot 2: General building materials of Cirrus Consortium Materials Framework) Lot 2: Plumbing & Heating (under Lot 3: Plumbing & heating materials of Cirrus Consortium Materials Framework) Lot 3: Electrical (under Lot 4: Electrical materials of Cirrus Consortium Materials Framework) Lot 4: Painting & decorating (under Lot 6: Painting and decorating supplies of Cirrus Consortium Materials Framework) The Group intended to engage with a single materials supplier per lot, for the provision of a range of materials from an existing branch (or branches) to support the Group's internal maintenance team and other parts of the organisation as required. Bidders could bid on one or more lots. Awarded values are estimates based on historical expenditure. These estimates are for information only, and no guarantees are given, nor are implied as to the value of business that will be placed with the successful supplier(s).
