All age advocacy servicesLot 1: Adults Statutory Advocacy - 7 year contractLot 2: Adults Non-Statutory Advocacy - 7 year contractLot 3: Childrens Advocacy - 5 year contract Lot 1: Adults Statutory Advocacy • Statutory Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA)• Statutory Independent Advocacy under the Care Act (ICSA)• Statutory Deprivation of Liberty Standards (DoLS) conducted by Relevant Person’s Representative (RPR)• Statutory NHS Complaints Advocacy • Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) meeting obligations under section 4 of the Care Act, outwardly advertised as "Community Advocacy."• Community DoLS-Rule 1.2 Rep• Learning Disability General Advocacy Self-Referral Lot 2: Adults Non-Statutory Advocacy • STATUTORY INDEPENDENT MENTAL HEALTH ADVOCACY (IMHA)• MENTAL HEALTH GENERAL ADVOCACY Lot 3: Childrens Advocacy provision of an advocacy service for children in need of help and protection, children looked after and care experienced people within the London Borough of Croydon.The Council aims to provide high quality care to Croydon’s Children Looked After (CLA), Care Experience People (CEP) and vulnerable children in need of help and protection with the over-riding priority of ensuring that they have a voice, they are enabled to reach their full potential and have their overall needs met effectively. The provision of the children’s advocacy services will ensure that the Council meets its statutory duty and supports the delivery of mandatary response to the Ofsted Improvement Plan.
