Tender description
The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking to commission a site maintenance and development service(s) for five of its adventure playgrounds (The Dumps; Home Park; Honour Oak, Ladywell Fields and Richard McVicar). Full details on what will be required from the tenderer is set in the service specification. The contract will be between the successful Tenderer and the Council for the period of five years from 1st September 2024 to 31st August 2029, with the possibility of a further 2 years extensions, at the Council’s discretion. This contract will be procured through a below threshold. Open Procedure under the light touch regime in line with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
