Tender description

The Royal Parks is conducting an Early Market Engagement exercise prior to the Invitation to Tender for potential providers keen to submit a bid proposal to create an event which can operate up five days in Kensington Gardens. The contract period will be for up to 3+2 years, from 2025 to 2029, event held annually in the months of April or May. The Royal Parks is looking for a suitably qualified Event Organiser or suitable consortia to plan, promote and produce an annual event for Kensington Gardens, in return for paying The Royal Parks a hire fee upfront.
