Tender description

RVS provide support for Pathway 0 patients to enable safe discharge from hospital. They also prevent readmission and ensure future avoidance of admission. RVS provide practical support for upto 12 weeks using predominantly volunteers to deliver the service. An extension of the existing contract is required to support with Winter Pressures. A soft market test has recently been completed and governance is in process to commence a formal procurement of the service to ensure continued best value and an updated specification to align with changes to discharge operations.
