Provision of Passive and Active Fire Small Works - Term Maintenance and Refurbishment Contract. Cork University Hospital Campus and associated properties

HSE Southern Capital and Estates will appoint a Competent Contractor to Cork University Hospital Campus and associated properties to survey and provide remediation of the existing fire stopping and fire dampers. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a Term Maintenance Contract with the Tenderer which is successful in the competition for Cork University Hospital Campus and associated properties. Reporting to the Capital and Estates Office for Cork University Hospital Campus and associated properties the selected Contractor will survey and provide fire stopping and fire damper remediation, as directed by the Capital and Estates Department. It will be necessary to carry out works in conjunction with other term contractors (Electrical, Mechanical,building etc.), when appropriate, as part of the fire remediation. Provide guidance to term contractors during minor construction and refurbishment projects within Cork University Hospital Campus and associated properties.
