The information provided in this section is indicative and not an exhaustive list of what is required from the new supplier. The daa has digital screens across Dublin and Cork Airports. These are made up of AerPods for digital advertising, Aer Rianta retail advertising, the skybridge digital screens and car parks. Screens can be found at departures, on route to gates, at arrivals and dispersed amongst the terminals. We require the new supplier to: • Provide preventative and reactive maintenance of the screen; • Provide reports detailing maintenance issues and repairs • Provide and install new screens according to custom design • Provide content management ensuring advertisements are scheduled per client’s requests. • Comply with an SLA such as response times to issues both remotely and in-person. • Provide 24/7 support for hardware and software Digital Advertising Expansion Plan: In line with our commercial strategy and our ongoing digital transformation, daa would like to upgrade and expand our existing digital advertising solution throughout daa The information provided in this section is indicative and not an exhaustive list of what is required from the new supplier.
