The overarching objective of the TSS is to provide tenancy support and visiting support to households with low to high support needs, in order to assist them to occupy or continue to occupy their housing. To progress from homelessness or risk of same, towards independent living including provision of support to those in accommodation who have been homeless in the past and would be unable to sustain a tenancy without such supports or are at risk of losing their tenancy be it emergency, private or social. This will involve liaising with them in their current accommodation (emergency or private rented or social tenancy as applicable), visits to their accommodation, working with all agencies and signposting and facilitating access to mainstream services and supports. These services will not duplicate, replace or overlap with other relevant services but will involve assistance in accessing such services.
