The S1193 (2024) contract will facilitate NIE Networks’ internal work requirements associated with the provision of IBM Maximo Licenses and Support. Lot 1: The S1193 (2024) contract will facilitate NIE Networks’ internal work requirements associated with the provision of IBM Maximo Licenses and Support. These services will include: • Provision of licence renewals on an annual basis, quotations to be provided 2 months in advance of a renewal to allow NIE Networks approvals • Additional licence purchase at the discretion of NIE Networks. Additional licences are to be aligned with renewals so that all licences are renewed at once. Additional licences will be supplied at the submitted rate and apply the relevant discount as appropriate to the annual renewal. • Licence audits to be carried out ahead of renewal quotations to ensure NIE Networks are appropriately licenced • Provision of a 3rd line support service that will cover all aspects of the Maximo estate including bespoke customisations, integrations and configuration of our two Maximo installations – ‘Maximo Plant’ and ‘Maximo Overhead Lines (OHL)’ and the associated Syclo Agentry mobile solution until it is retired. • Ensuring that they, the successful Economic Operator, have activities in place to remain abreast of changes to the Maximo ecosystem to provide optimum support to NIE Networks • Ensuring that they, the successful Economic Operator, have communication channels and working relationships with the existing and future partners in the Maximo ecosystem
