Marlborough Town Hall - Replacement Boilers for Marlborough Town Council You are invited to submit a quotation for these works in accordance with the attached specification and drawings. Quotations should be provided by 4pm on Friday March 15th in a sealed envelope marked Confidential Tender - To be opened to by the tendering committee only and should be delivered to Marlborough Town Council, 5 High Street Marlborough SN8 1AA Please note the following: 1. The building may be seen and accessed from the road. 2. The basement may be visited by arrangement with Richard Spencer-Williams townclerk@marlborough-tc.gov.uk 3. Any queries should be addressed to this office. 4. The following are available: Jones King M&E performance specification Jones King Specification of materials and workmanship Jones King Electrical scope of works Jones King Indicative LTHW system schematic Jones King Indicative Plant room layout Jones King Indicative BWIC requirements Jones King Tender appendices. Architects outline specification. 5. Tenders should be submitted on the Jones King tender form. 6. There will be a local general contractor appointed to provide the necessary builders work attendance. Please note that the Town Council do not guarantee to accept the lowest or any tender and that the tendering contractor may be asked to provide details of previous experience of the type of work involved together with appropriate references. Tenders will be assessed in line with Town Council policies. It is the Town Council's intention to commence works at the start of July 2024.
