Tender description

The proposed works will remove the existing dashed render, apply 150mm of an rigid external insulation board and acrylic render, 200mm of fibreglass wool insulation over existing insulation in ceiling of second floor to attic space, and upgrade of the existing Syntha Pulvin coated aluminium double glazed windows to a combination of double and triple glazed insulated metal frame system across the 141 external windows, doors and curtain walling sections in the building. The proposed works will modernise the appearance of this 1970’s government building, reduce the energy consumption of the building and improve the indoor working environment for the tenant’s staff.
