GB-London: Early careers retention support package for councils - The creation of new resources for councils to aid development for newcomers to local government

The Local Government Association is seeking to procure a supplier to collate and create learning and development support guides to be used as self-guided skills development toolkits and at virtual events as part of our early careers retention support package for councils. We are looking for an experienced organisation or consultant with a proven track record in learning and development aimed at those individuals who are starting their career. Our aim is to is to help individuals early in their careers to upskill and support them in their development with the goal of improving retention. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
