The purpose of this invitation to tender is for Karbon the Contracting Authority (hereby referred to as the Group) to appoint an experienced and competent Contractor(s) to undertake Fire Risk Assessments to properties owned and/or managed by Karbon to be carried out at a frequency determined by Karbon’s Building Safety Matrix.
