DUD - Repairs to UPVC Windows, Doors and Garage Doors

Tender description

Dudley MBC wishes to procure a contractor to carry out the works and provide the services as set out in the Contract Documents. This contract will predominantly deliver improvements to the Councils housing stock by carrying out repairs to UPVC and metal windows and doors, including repairing or replacing garage doors where required to council owned properties throughout the Dudley Borough. The Council may also instruct the Contractor to complete any associated works. NB. The Contractor may also be required to carry out works to other Council owned buildings as required.
