Tender description
Nottingham City Council are seeking contractor to deliver refurbishment project in the Clifton area of Nottingham. We are seeking an experienced and appropriately qualified contractor with capacity to deliver within our timeframe. The building was previously used as a care home; however, this was closed in around 2016. The aim is to refurbish the accommodation and for it to be used as temporary accommodation for families.
