CPR 25 Approved List - Responsive Roofing

The Council has currently got an exciting opportunity and desire to engage with contractors who can deliver Roofing works to support the delivery of works by the Council’s in house service provider - Leeds Building Services (LBS). The Council are seeking to establish an approved list of contractors to use for these works and invited to undertake roofing works as and when required. For reference typically the most requested jobs are likely as follows: Roofs Chimneys Soffits Fascia’s Bargeboards Gutters Rainwater Pipes Roof Windows Insulation Structural repairs to roof structures and other associated works to maintain the roofing on the property. The Contractor shall also note that the majority of the properties will be occupied.
