Tender description

The tender is a framework for clerk of works services. The aim of the project is to appoint four suppliers onto the framework and the framework will contain direct award and further competition options. Successful companies will provide clerk of works services, which involves inspecting construction works for domestic housing. It is essential that companies effectively represent the interests of Selwood Housing Society Limited in development projects ensuring the quality of materials and work are in line with required standards and specifications. The successful supplier will be responsible for maintaining trust and communication with the clients or key stakeholders who are responsible for financing construction projects. Lot 1: The procurement is for the appointment of four companies onto a framework that will provide clerk of works services.Clerk of Works are to inspect the workmanship, quality and safety of work on construction sites and report back. Conducting regular site inspections and checking that building plans are being followed correctly.
