River Clyde Homes are looking to procure a company to undertake ad-hoc cleaning and specialist estate works for properties under our control. The scope of the works will include, but is not limited to: -Trauma Cleaning -Sharps Removal -Graffiti Removal -Removal of Fly Tipping -Common Area & Garden Cleans -Close Cleaning -Standard Cleans -Deep Cleans A detailed specification in relation to what is required for each work item is provided within the tender document. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
