Tender description

The scope of works includes the removal of existing flooring and the design, supply and installation of replacement flooring and associated works. Almond Housing Association intend to enter into an agreement with a single contractor for design, supply and install of replacement flooring in communal stairs and associated works. It is envisaged that the Contractor passing the Community Benefit Matrix Outcome scoring highest following the overall price and quality evaluation will be appointed. It is anticipated that work will be for 37nr communal stairs detailed within the supporting information. The scope of works include for the removal of existing communal stair flooring and the design, supply and installation of replacement flooring and associated works.
