Tender description

Engagement of economic consultants with expertise in the area of applying a subjective wellbeing approach to quantifying and monetising the economic benefits of regulatory interventions. The supplier will carry out research to understand the impact of our interventions on consumer wellbeing, and to monetise this impact for use in appraising and evaluating interventions (i.e. cost benefit analysis (CBA), impact evaluations, etc.).
