WCC Support Service for Adults with Short Term Needs

Warwickshire CC is seeking to commission a single provider to provide a short term targeted support service for vulnerable adults, aged 18 years and over, who do not meet the threshold to access statutory support from social care under the Care Act 2014 or support from other agencies according to their specific eligibility criteria, but who the Council reasonably considers would benefit from short term targeted intervention to prevent, reduce and/or delay the need for longer term care and support and whose independence and well-being is, or may be otherwise vulnerable to significant harm. Preventing their needs from developing or deteriorating. Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (CSW-JETS) for the administration of this procurement process. Providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest and download documents.
