3.1 Trust Housing Association Ltd (Trust) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified surveying consultancy to prepare a suitable design strategy and implementation of a condition survey programme to achieve a 40% percent representative sample of all our stock throughout mainland Scotland and the islands.
