Tender description
St Helens Borough Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified organisations to support businesses in the Borough, as part of a UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF)-funded programme. The Council would like to take the opportunity to do some `soft market testing’ to determine current interest levels in the market. Providers are asked to register on The-Chest portal, access the Soft Market Testing Brief, review, complete and return the questionnaire via The-Chest no later than 22nd February 12 noon.
