Tender description
The Estates & Asset Management section of Conwy County Borough Council (CCBC) is looking to identify and prioritise both current and future expenditure relating to the repair and maintenance of the industrial premises within its property portfolio. The Council wishes to instruct a suitable and experienced consultant to act on its behalf in undertaking condition surveys of the portfolio and identifying projected expenditure to assist in formulating a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Strategy for the industrial portfolio based on the information gathered and advice given.
