About adding context and requirements test Pre-market engagement Please note, a previous requirement has been run for this work (through DOS6) - this requirement has been rerun to account for new timelines. Work done so far 1. Development of a first draft work in progress Digital Twin Strategy. This is listed and a copy provided in the itional documentation section. 2. Development of early packages of work that will aide the development of approach to Digital Twin and Data Factory including the OBC. These are listed and provided in the additional documentation section. 3. Development of Strategic Outline Business s for a Digital Twin and Data Factory. These are not provided due to sensitive content. Most relevant information and more is available in the strategy and early works packages. Which phase the project is in Discovery Existing team Defra Digital Data and Technology Services (DDTS), Environment Agency (EA), Digital Asset Data and Information Programme (DADI) Team. The supplier staff will keep Environment Agency hours in order to maximise knowledge transfer and integrate with team development processes: Monday to Friday starting work by 9.30am, 7.5 hours per day + lunch time. Explain the term or acronym: Environment Agency follow the treasury green book approach issued by HM Treasury on how to appraise policies, programmes and projects. OBC is part of this. Explain the term or acronym: Project to support the broader asset management planning landscape and asset valuation within the Environment Agency with consistent asset management planning processes that complies with the ISO-55001 standard. Capture the current business architecture as a baseline 2. Develop a target architecture definition 3. Undertake a DAMA maturity assessment 4. Update of Digital Twin Strategy It should be noted that although the contract length will initially be one year with further options, it is anticipated that this requirement will be delivered within nine (9) months. These activities form part of delivering the Digital Twin strategy and the development of the Outline Business for a Data Factory and Digital Twin. They will also provide direction and support to other projects already in flight with immediate needs relating to data. The outputs will be used to inform the update the digital twin strategy.
