Tender description

The project is a mix of refurbishment work to the existing aquarium (approximately 570m2), modest single storey extension to the east (129m2) and a large two storey extension, containing a new restaurant, at first floor on the west (569m2). The project is currently working through RIBA work stage 4 (technical design) with coordination on-going with the design disciplines and client team.
