Tender description

The initial SOBC was submitted as a partnership bid, of which Liverpool John Moores University was a named as consortia partner, with their academic expertise in highways materials innovation and testing, and research into Low Heat mix asphalt materials technologies and Hydraulically bound materials cited as their key contributions within the bid. As a named consortia partner, and having provided the initial academic support for the bid development, LJMU have a thorough understanding of the Live Labs programme requirements, and have an academic research lead already in post to support mobilisation.
