Tender description
Replacement of existing windows with new uPVC windows (REHAU Sections) to approximately 37 properties in Forgewood, Motherwell plus 5 common stairwells. The works will also include the replacement of external doors to 34 properties. Contractors will initially be requested to complete and submit an SPD from which a shortlist of contractors will be requested to proceed to tender stage. Tender stage submission will be assessed on the basis of Quality (in the form of a Quality Questionnaire) and tender price.
