In-situ Road Recycling 2024

Tender description

Dorset Council went out to tender to procure a specialist Principal Contractor to carry out In-situ Road Recycling at nineteen different locations around the County of Dorset. To recycle the road to bind material to the specified depth, and depending on location; a double surface dressing, Micro Asphalt, asphalt binder/surface course to finish. (Final finish to be discussed and agreed with Dorset Council). Dorset Council will be the client under the CDM Regulations 2015, and the Principal Contractor will be responsible for the provision of suitable and sufficient welfare facilities in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/51). This was a call off under the Dorset Council Road Surface Treatment DPS.
