Household Support Vouchers (CCS DPS)

Tender description

Provision of vouchers for food (closed loop) and non-food items (open loop) such as clothing, electrical items etc. and utility company or cash vouchers for utility bill payments. The vouchers will be issued to eligible households under the DWP Household Support Fund grant. This contract has been awarded following a further competition tendering process via the CCS FAADS DPS (RM6322). The contract value does not only represent the fee paid to the provider. Instead, it includes the value of the vouchers themselves. The fee paid to the provider is expected to be lower than the advertised contract value. The procurement was divided into two lots, one for closed loop vouchers and the other for open loop vouchers.
