Tender description

Emergency assessment and repair of the spindle and quill mechanical drive system following a collision between the cutting tool and work piece. Starrag UK engineers have carried out an initial assessment and have recommended that a specialist engineer from Starrag Heckert (Germany) carries out an in-depth assessment. The German engineers are the original designers and manufacturers of the equipment providing the essential services required to repair the machine as quickly and efficiently as possible ensuring the machine will be available for production at the earliest opportunity. The machine is out of production due to the breakdown causing project work to be placed on hold until it is operational once again.
