Tender description
The buyer is seeking a contractor to enable the executive health and social care leadership in Dorset embed effective partnership working and governance structures, embedding a whole-system approach to shared policy and joint decision-making; agreeing 'one version of the truth' to become a 'data-driven system' and develop the implementation plan from recommendations identified from a BCF Support Programme support offer delivered at the same time.
