Tender description

The project provides for the construction of a new educational campus that will comprise of two school buildings. Gaelscoil Riada a part one and two-storey, 16-classroom primary school with single class base SEN and ancillary spaces with a total floor area of c. 2890sqm. Colaiste an Eachraidh a part one, two and three-story post-primary school with 17 general classrooms, 12 specialist classrooms, Sports Hall, single class base SEN, and ancillary spaces with a total floor area of c. 6985sqm. Mechanical Reserved Specialist shall be responsible for the complete mechanical services installations associated with the project including for appointing sub-specialists for the following installations - Soils + Wastes Installations, Plumbing Installations, Gas Installations, Space Heating Installations, Ventilation and AC Installations, BMS, RWH and Fire Fighting Equipment.
