Play Equipment & surfacing at West Molesey Play areas. Elmbridge Borough Council is approaching the market seeking for the replacement of play equipment at 6 sites across the Borough. The contract is to commence on 15th April 2024. This opportunity is being split into six distinct lots to be installed between 15th April - September 2024. To be considered for each lot, suppliers are expected to visit sites prior to submitting a detailed response to ensure they satisfy themselves with details and submit a bid with exciting and challenging play equipment, sustainable that ensures compliance and value for money: o LOT 1 - West Molesey Recreation Grounds Play Area - replacement of one junior tower unit and one upright spinner and one single springer and associated surfacing with challenging and exciting play equipment. o LOT 2 - Molesey Hurst Recreation Grounds Play Area - replacement of one seesaw and associated surfacing with exciting equipment that meets the public consultation. o LOT 3 - Grovelands Recreation Grounds Trim Trail - removal of the existing trim trail and installation of new trim trail and calisthenics equipment with associated surfacing. o LOT 4 - Grovelands Recreation Grounds Junior Tower Unit - removal of the existing tower unit and associated surfacing with exciting equipment that meets the public consultation. o LOT 5 - Grovelands Recreation Grounds Infant Tower Unit - removal of the existing tower unit and associated surfacing with exciting equipment that meets the public consultation. o LOT 6 - Hersham Recreation Grounds Infant Tower Unit - removal of the existing tower unit and associated surfacing with exciting equipment that meets the specification. The award of the lots for this tender will be reliant on available funds which will not be confirmed until end March 2024.
