Tender description

The services will ensure that National Highways (NH) DST technical requirements are being followed and understood during configuration and delivery, and that the product meets our captured user/functional requirements, assessing the success of the incoming DST solution. The DST will be used for predictive analysis to fulfil the following requirements: - Developing the pavement and structures investment cases for our road period 4 (2030-2035) funding that will inform Road Investment Strategy 4 (RIS4) - Creating short-term programmes of works. - Providing an understanding of future capital maintenance costs and the ability to appraise different management and funding scenarios. - Assisting in determining the optimum timing and type of maintenance interventions. - Undertaking regular valuation of the structures stock for the Whole of Government Accounts. - Monitoring our regional and national pavement performance against the NH Key Performance Indicator 3 (KPI3) - 'A well-maintained and resilient network'. - Prioritising structures needs based on safety and performance needs.
