Kilkenny County Council Housing Capital Section is seeking competent building contractors to carry out the Conversion of an existing vacant health center building to 1 bed living unit at Kilmacow, Lower, Co. Kilkenny. The works will require providing a new insulated concrete floor, new windows and external door, internal insulation upgrade, and heating and plumbing fit out. External works will include providing footpaths, ramps and railings, works to existing shed,landscaping and associated site works.
