Tender description

Hywel Dda University Local Health Board (“HDUHB”) has awarded a contract for the provision of the collection and delivery of letters at three (3) of the acute sites: Glangwili General Hospital (“GGH”) in Carmarthen, Prince Philip Hospital (“PPH”) in Llanelli, and Withybush General Hospital (“WGH”) in Pembrokeshire. The letters are collected and delivered via second class postage. The Supplier provides a cost effective, flexible, and high quality collection and delivery service. The Supplier currently attends site to collect the mail every day across all three (3) sites. The core requirements of this contract include but will not be limited to: • Collection Services • High Volume Services • Low to Medium Volume Services • Sorted and Unsorted Services • Undelivered items
