Tender description
Structural and Drainage repairs to Bideford Library. A grade 2 listed building with structural movement on front elevation. This work also includes general repairs to associated drainage and at the rear of the property a retaining wall. The structural repairs have been specified by Clarke Bond. This work includes helical stitching to repair movement cracks and drainage repairs to the front elevation. The rear retaining wall requires vegetation clearance and repointing using Lime mortar.
