UCDOPP5392 Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for Concessions to provide Café, Hospitality and Restaurant Services to University College Dublin

University College Dublin and any wholly owned subsidiaries (the “Contracting Authority”) is issuing this Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) as a purchasing body for use by University College Dublin. This public procurement competition (the “Competition”) will be conducted in accordance with S.I. No. 203/2017 - European Union (Award of Concession Contracts) Regulations 2017 (“Regulations”). The competition will be divided into two Lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. University College Dublin invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for appointment to two framework agreements, each a (Framework Agreement”) for the supply of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this ITT (the “Services”) for the Lots detailed below for a proposed period of seven years. 1.1.1 Lot Details Lot 1. Belfield Main Restaurant, UCD University Club and O’Reilly Hall, Blackrock Campus Catering and Hospitality. Lot 2. University Conferring, O'Brien Science Centre Restaurant and various UCD Belfield Buildings small scale hospitality and Cafes including Conway Institute, Health Sciences, James Joyce Library, Newman, NovaUCD, Quinn School of Business, Richview, Roebuck Castle, Sutherland School of Law.
