SPS-02141 Provision of Control & Restraint External Assurance

Tender description

The SPS are looking to arrange a contract to attain external verification of the internal quality assurance and assessment of the Control & Restraint (C&R) training programme that is outline within their C&R Assurance Framework document. The external verification is to evaluate the internal assessment practice, procedures and quality assurance activity of the SPS, to ensure compliance with directed program standards and to ensure the programme is fit for purpose. The SPS has commenced this procurement process in good faith and with the intention of awarding a contract. Following publication of the Contract Notice, an Invitation to Tender (ITT) including the Single Procurement Document (SPD) will be published by SPS and will be made available to bidders. Tender responses will then be evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the ITT.
