Single Party Framework for the Provision of Signage and Associated Services to HRI and its Subsidiaries

Tender description

The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a service provider to fulfil the following duties over the course of the framework agreement: • The production of required signage with associated fixtures and fittings. • The storage of all signage in a safe and suitable location. • The transport of all signage to the relevant racecourse. • The placement of required signage or promotional material, its maintenance and any required repositioning over the course of the race day. • Any other miscellaneous services required by the Contracting Authority in respect of racecourse advertising, branding, and general promotional activities.
