This piece of work is a scoping exercise to gather user needs for a system to support CPD provision across the university. This CPD provision will be both external and internal facing and may include functionality to support teaching and learning, organisation, e-commerce, or other areas. The work will involve interviewing 10-12 stakeholders from across the university.
